(Jeremias 3:17). Wo der Seelenfrieden fehlt, wo das vorhandene Gute einem selbst entfallen ist, entbl\u00f6\u00dft sich eine unstimmige Seele in Anschuldigungen gegen\u00fcber anderen. Ruhe ich nicht in mir selbst, regen mich Ereignisse, Worte und Gedanken innerlich auf. Die eigene Seele sucht Befriedigung in einem Urteil, das andere treffen soll \u2013 das hast du falsch gemacht, daran bist du schuld \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Frieden mit sich selbst finden ist eine lebenslange Aufgabe, die uns mit den Worten des Apostels Paulus zu Jesus Christus bringt: <strong>\u201e<em>Ich lebe, doch nun nicht ich, sondern Christus lebt in mir.<\/em>\u201c<\/strong> (Galater 2:20) Meine Missstimmungen, den Zwist in mir darf ich in Christus einsinken lassen. <strong>\u201e<em>Er ist unser Friede<\/em>\u201c<\/strong> (Epheser 2:14).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Jesus abends mit seinen J\u00fcngern den See Genezareth \u00fcberqueren wollte, <strong>\u201e<em>stieg er in das Boot und seine J\u00fcnger folgten ihm. Sieh doch: Da brach pl\u00f6tzlich ein starker Sturm auf dem See los, und die Wellen drohten das Boot unter sich zu begraben. Aber Jesus schlief. Die J\u00fcn\u00adger gingen zu ihm und weckten ihn. Sie riefen: \u00bbHerr, rette uns! Wir gehen unter!\u00ab Jesus sagte zu ihnen: \u00bbWarum habt ihr solche Angst? Ihr habt zu wenig Vertrauen!\u00ab Dann stand er auf und bedrohte den Wind und den See. Da wurde es ganz still.<\/em>\u201c<\/strong> (Matth\u00e4us 8:23-26)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aufgew\u00fchlte See, hereinbrechende Wellen, richtungslos vom Untergang bedroht \u2013 Stimmungsbild einer getriebenen Seele. Doch er, Jesus, ist im Boot, die Ruhe selbst. Wo ich ihn mir erinnere, wo er aufsteht, meine Seele in seinen Blick nimmt, finde ich inneren Frieden.
