Nach dem \u00dcbergang \u00fcber den Jordan findet sich allemal ein Jericho, das jeglichem Fortschritt den Riegel zu sto\u00dfen scheint, und dein Herz verzagt. Aber glaube nur, es gibt einen offenen Weg mitten durch diese m\u00e4chtigen Schranken hindurch, \u2013 einen Pass, wie man solche Pfade in Gebirgsgegenden zu nennen pflegt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dort geht es sich leicht und angenehm, wenn du dich nur dahin f\u00fchren l\u00e4ssest. Gott hat diesen Weg ausgemessen; aber du musst ihn gehen. F\u00fcrchtest du etwa jene steilen Felsabh\u00e4nge? Es sieht freilich aus, als w\u00e4ren sie nicht zu erklimmen; aber wenn du nur auf den Herrn blicktest, anstatt auf die Berge; oder vielmehr \u00fcber sie hinweg nach Jehovah, der \u00fcber ihnen thront, so k\u00f6nntest du ganz sicher ruhen, in dem Glauben, dass Er dir den Weg des Lebens zeigen wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oder ist dein Pfad so uneben weil Felsst\u00fccke darauf herabgerollt sind und ihn verunstaltet haben? Dies mag zum Teil durch deine Fehler und S\u00fcnden verschuldet sein \u2013 durch deinen Eigenwillen und Ungehorsam. \u2013 Es gibt Pr\u00fcfungen und Schmerzen in jedem Leben; aber diese brauchen unseren Fortschritt nicht aufzuhalten; sie sind nur scheinbare Schranken, die unseren Lauf hindern wollen. Als Petrus das eiserne Thor erreichte, fand er es ge\u00f6ffnet; und als die Frauen zum Grabe des HErrn kamen, fanden sie den Stein hinweggew\u00e4lzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-9-color
