Und was forderst du?<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Predigt zu Esther 9:12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben den sinnlichen Anschauungen \u00fcber das eheliche Leben, die in diesem heidnischen K\u00f6nigreich gang und g\u00e4be waren, muss in der Brust des K\u00f6nigs doch auch das Bewusstsein der inneren Vereinigung zwischen ihm und seiner sch\u00f6nen K\u00f6nigin erwacht sein, sonst h\u00e4tte er ihr wohl kaum ein so weitgehendes Versprechen gemacht. Sie war sein besseres Ich, und in ihrem Flehen vernahm er die Stimme seines eigenen Gewissens. In ihr lag die Macht, die einem reinen, edlen Charakter gegeben ist, auch in anderen edle Empfindungen zu wecken. \u2013 Wie, wenn durch deine Selbstlosigkeit und Reinheit die Menschen in deiner Umgebung zu dem Bewusstsein erwachten, dass es ein Ideal gibt, dem sie nachfolgen m\u00f6chten, das vor ihrem geistigen Blick alsdann die Gestalt des lebendigen Christus ann\u00e4hme?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Worte des K\u00f6nigs erinnern uns daran, dass Gott bereit ist, gr\u00f6\u00dferes an uns zu tun, als wir bitten oder verstehen. Nicht nur die H\u00e4lfte seines K\u00f6nigreichs, sondern dessen ganzes Gebiet erschlie\u00dft Er uns, \u201enach der Kraft, die da in uns wirket.\u201c Unser Gebet muss jedoch in dem Namen, in dem Sinn Jesu geschehen; das hei\u00dft, Jesus muss selbst in uns beten, und Gott muss sich gleichsam wiedererkennen in der F\u00fcrbitte, die wir vor Ihn bringen. Der Geist muss uns vertreten, nach dem es Gott gef\u00e4llt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wenn in unserem Gebet das selbstlose, liebevolle, heilige Wesen Jesu durch den heiligen Geist zum Ausdruck kommt, so wird uns Gott nichts vorenthalten, und g\u00e4lte es sein ganzes K\u00f6nigreich.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-7-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201eSo ihr in mir bleibet, und meine Worte in euch bleiben, werdet ihr bitten, was ihr wollt, und es wird euch widerfahren.\u201c<\/strong> Johannes 15:7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-7-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201eSo ihr den Vater etwas bittet in meinem Namen, wird Er es euch geben.\u201c<\/strong> Johannes 14:13<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Herkunft: <strong>Frederick Brotherton Meyer<\/strong>\u00a0(* 08.04.1847;
