Die meisten Menschen sind nicht gerne \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren\n Zeitraum alleine. Einsamkeit l\u00e4sst sich auch als Traurigkeit mangels \nFreunde oder Begleiter definieren. Eine modernere Definition ist \u201eFOMO\u201c \n(fear of missing out), die Angst, etwas zu verpassen.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die \nAngst vor Vereinsamung kann uns in die sozialen Netzwerke treiben oder \nuns minderwertig f\u00fchlen, weil wir meinen, nicht mit den anderen \nmithalten zu k\u00f6nnen. Als Gl\u00e4ubige muss uns bewusst werden, dass wir \nkeine Angst vor dem Alleinsein haben m\u00fcssen, weil wir allezeit Zugang zu\n unserem Himmlischen Vater haben. Keine Angst vor dem Verlassen- oder im\n Stich gelassen werden. Gott k\u00fcmmert sich um die Waisen und \nAlleinstehenden. Er heilt gebrochene Herzen.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gibt es in deinem\n Leben eine Leere, die du erfolglos versucht hast zu f\u00fcllen? Gott will \ndich mit Seinen liebenden Armen st\u00e4rken. Dazu m\u00fcssen wir mit unseren \nGef\u00fchlen, Sorgen und Lasten zu Ihm kommen. Wie hast du bisher deine \nSehns\u00fcchte versucht zu stillen, die Gott allein stillen kann? Versuche, \nIhm diesen Bereich deines Lebens anzuvertrauen und sieh, wie der Herr \nFreude in diese Leere hineinbringt.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Himmlischer Vater, danke,  dass Du mich in guten und in schlechten Zeiten liebst. Ich danke Dir f\u00fcr  Deine Gegenwart, und ich bitte Dich, dass ich sie heute sp\u00fcre. Schenke  mir den Glauben, dass Du auch dann mit mir bist, wenn ich Dich nicht  sehen oder sp\u00fcren kann. Vergib mir die vielen Male, wo ich versucht  habe, die Leere mit anderen Mitteln zu f\u00fcllen. Danke f\u00fcr Deine  Vergebung.
