Siehe nun zu, da\u00df das Licht, welches in dir ist, nicht Finsternis ist. Wenn nun dein ganzer Leib licht ist und keinen finsteren Teil hat, so wird er ganz licht sein, wie wenn die Lampe mit ihrem Strahle dich erleuchtete.\u201c \u00a0(Matth\u00e4us 6:34-36)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00f6nnen wir das treffender ausdr\u00fccken? Zun\u00e4chst sehen wir, da\u00df ein \u201eeinf\u00e4ltiges Auge\u201c zum Gehorsam n\u00f6tig ist. Es deutet auf einen v\u00f6llig ergebenen Willen hin, und auf ein Herz, das in Aufrichtigkeit den Willen Gottes tun will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ist ein Mensch in diesem Zustand, so str\u00f6mt g\u00f6ttliches Licht in ihn hinein und erf\u00fcllt den ganzen Leib. Wenn der Leib nicht licht ist, so ist auch das Auge nicht einf\u00e4ltig. Es sind dann unlautere Beweggr\u00fcnde vorhanden; der Eigenwille ist am Werk und wir sind nicht aufrichtig vor Gott. In diesem Falle ist das Licht, das wir zu haben vorgeben, nichts als Finsternis. Keine Finsternis kann so dicht und schrecklich sein wie diese, die als Gericht \u00fcber einen Menschen kommt, der vom Eigenwillen beherrscht wird, w\u00e4hrend er zur gleichen Zeit bekennt, g\u00f6ttliches Licht zu besitzen. <strong>\u201eWenn nun das Licht, das in dir ist, Finsternis ist, wie gro\u00df die Finsternis!\u201c<\/strong> Anderseits wird ein schwaches Licht, wenn es aufrichtig benutzt wird, sicherlich zunehmen, denn \u201ewer da hat, dem wird gegeben werden\u201c, und <strong>\u201eder Pfad der Gerechten ist wie das gl\u00e4nzende Morgenlicht, das stets heller leuchtet bis zur Tagesh\u00f6he\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eWenn nun dein ganzer Leib licht ist und keinen finsteren Teil hat\u201c, wenn kein Winkel den g\u00f6ttlichen Strahlen verschlossen, kein unreiner Beweggrund vorhanden ist, und wenn das ganze Verhalten von dem g\u00f6ttlichen Licht durchleuchtet werden kann, dann \u201ewird er ganz licht sein, wie wenn die Lampe mit ihrem Strahle dich erleuchtete\u201c. Mit einem Wort, wer gehorsam ist, hat nicht nur Licht f\u00fcr seinen Weg, sondern sein Licht leuchtet auch f\u00fcr andere wie eine helle Lampe. Also <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u201elasset euer Licht leuchten vor den Menschen, damit sie eure guten Werke sehen und euren Vater, der in den Himmeln ist,
