Es kommt darauf an, wie lange ich es halte. Wenn ich es f\u00fcr eine Minute halte, dann ist das kein Problem. Wenn ich es f\u00fcr eine Stunde halte, schmerzt mein Arm. Wenn ich es f\u00fcr einen Tag halte, wird sich mein Arm taub und lahm anf\u00fchlen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">In jedem Fall ver\u00e4ndert sich das Gewicht des Glases \u00fcberhaupt nicht, aber je l\u00e4nger ich es halte, desto schwerer wird es.&#8220; Sie fuhr sie fort: &#8222;Die Spannungen und Sorgen des Lebens sind wie dieses Glas Wasser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Denk f\u00fcr eine Weile dar\u00fcber nach, es wird nicht schaden. Denke etwas l\u00e4nger dar\u00fcber nach, dann beginnen sie zu schmerzen. Und wenn Du den ganzen Tag \u00fcber sie nachdenkst, dann wirst Du Dich gel\u00e4hmt f\u00fchlen &#8211; unf\u00e4hig, irgendetwas zu tun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">&#8222;Es ist wichtig, unsrere Spannungen loszulassen. Lass sie so fr\u00fch wie m\u00f6glich los, <strong><mark>leg alle Deine Sorgen in Gottes H\u00e4nde.<\/mark><\/strong> Trag sie nicht durch den Tag oder wom\u00f6glich noch in die Nacht hinein.
