Mose 20:8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sonntag ist im allgemeinen Feiertag, gleichwohl es eigentlich anders ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-vivid-purple-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Der <strong>Shabbat<\/strong> ist in der j\u00fcdischen Woche der siebte Tag der Woche und somit der Ruhetag. Er beginnt Freitagabend, sobald die Sonne untergeht und endet am darauffolgenden Samstag, sobald die Sonne untergegangen ist. Er dauert ungef\u00e4hr 25 Stunden.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beziehen wir uns auf den allgemeinen Sonntag, es geht ja um den Inhalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als Kind war der Sonntag f\u00fcr uns immer etwas Besonderes. Ich musste den \u00bbSonntagsanzug\u00ab anziehen. Das waren Klamotten, die man nur Sonntags anzog. Wir mussten fr\u00fch aufstehen, um p\u00fcnktlich im Gottesdienst zu sein. Fahrradfahren war am Sonntag \u00bbverboten\u00ab, Hausaufgaben machen auch. Damals fand ich es meist sehr \u00f6de, den Tag in einer gewissen Ruhe und Stille zu verbringen. Aber alle machten das so. Den Feiertag heiligen? Wozu das?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ruhe tut gut! Mu\u00dfe auch! Zeit zum Reflektieren, zum Nachdenken, zum Res\u00fcmieren! Ruhe tut not! Bin ich noch auf dem richtigen Weg, stimmen meine Priorit\u00e4ten, sind meine Beweggr\u00fcnde in Ordnung, wo und wie sollte ich mein Leben investieren? Ruhe tut gut! Ausschlafen, erholen, die Natur genie\u00dfen, Zeit f\u00fcr Gespr\u00e4che, Zweisamkeiten, B\u00fccher lesen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gott hat es eingerichtet, dass wir einen Tag freihalten sollen und ausruhen. Gott hat es eingerichtet, dass wir neu und regelm\u00e4\u00dfig \u00fcber ihn nachdenken, ihm dankbar sind, mit ihm reden, ihm begegnen. Gott hat es eingerichtet als Vorgeschmack auf den Himmel. Dort gibt es ewige Ruhe, keine Tr\u00e4nen, kein Leid, kein Schmerz, keine Trennung. Ewige Liebe in seiner Gegenwart. Gott hat es eingerichtet, um uns bewusst zu machen, wie schnell die Zeit vergeht. Schon ist das kleine Baby in der Schule, schon sind wir 10 Jahre verheiratet, schon sind wir in Rente. Was machen wir aus unserem Leben? H\u00e4ufig ist \u00bbunsere Axt total stumpf, aber wir m\u00fcssen weiter B\u00e4ume f\u00e4llen\u00ab. Statt die Axt zu sch\u00e4rfen, verschwenden wir unsere wenige Kraft mit Unn\u00f6tigem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gott m\u00f6chte uns anhalten, stillhalten, und innehalten lassen! Gott meint es gut mit uns! Er will, dass wir zur Ruhe kommen und die Ruhe genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie halten Sie es mit einer regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Auszeit?<br>Gestalten Sie den Sonntag einmal bewusst nach den oben genannten Vorgaben!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lebenistmehr.de\/bibel_html.html?book=41&amp;chapter=5&amp;verse=0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lebenistmehr.de\/bibel_html.html?book=41&amp;chapter=7&amp;verse=0\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Markus 6:30-32<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">30 Und die Apostel versammeln sich zu Jesus; und sie berichteten ihm alles, was sie getan und was sie gelehrt hatten.<br>31 Und er sprach zu ihnen: Kommt, ihr selbst allein, an einen \u00f6den Ort und ruht ein wenig aus!
